[DAD]JonnyBoy's Premiership Prediction League

Welcome to [DAD]JonnyBoy's Premiership Prediction League. This is a  game played by the member's of the [DAD]Clan.

This rules are simple. Each player will predict the outcome of the 38 league games played out during the 2005/06 season,gaining points for each prediction made,each member also naming one goalscorer per game for added bonus point's. Before the season starts,players will also be asked to name the winners of the F.A cup,The League Cup,The Champions League and the Uefa Cup,again to boost their point's tally at the end of the season. Players will be asked to get their prediction's submitted on the Friday BEFORE each league game takes place,although games will be played on the Saturday,Sunday and Monday.

Points are gained by:Correct Outcome:1pt:Correct Result:2pt:Named Goalscorer:3pt:Correct Cup Winners:5pt.

**Rule Addition**If a named goalscorer scores 2 then it's 8pts, if he scores a hat-trick then it's 10pts from 15.10.05

Last weeks 3 joint winners were Leeds Staffy and Rich with 19pts,well done. This week winner was Colonial with 29pts a great tally.Well the winner with a great 708pts is Kev who takes gold for the 05/06 season,well done Kev on a great tally and season. I'm afraid 2nd place is still undecided as Deano has 2 more games to play with 11pts needed to beat Staffy to 2nd place.Plus pts will need to be awarded for the cup predictions.

Aaron  predicted the most correct outcomes with 163,Kev predicted the most correct goalscorers with 113 and Staffy came top of the correct results with 50.Staffy also wins the most weekly wins with a 7 altogether so well done to these lads.Thanks to Kev and Rich for helping out through the season,i really apprieciate your efforts and i know Rich had limited time,Kev somehow managed to help even with all his other Clan commitments ;o) Thanks to all you lads in the league for all your effort in getting your predictions in,it was great fun and i hope you all enjoyed it. :o)

If you are predicting a 0-0 draw then STILL predict a goal-scorer,as you may get the scoreline wrong but still get 3-5pts for the goal scorer.

All I need you lads to do is get your predictions in on time and predict every week,the game will loose it's edge if players loose interest.I'll print the week's upcoming fixtures below and at the [DAD] site.If you are thinking of going on holiday in the future,let me know and I'll sort out what games you need to predict before you go away.
